EXPECTATIONS:

  • Developing an in depth understanding of the beauty industry, staying up-to-date on all the latest product trends & beauty brands.
  • Researching market trends to help ensure we meet our members’ expectations every month as well brand relationships.
  • Actively sourcing beauty brands through detailed market research and decipher the best approach to initiate new business opportunities. To include; introductory cold calling, email and face to face meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Goal oriented and driven to exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Present and communicate relevant brand information to all levels of management and clientele.
  • Development and implementation of brand proposals that will effectively communicate the potential marketing exposure/initiatives for campaign collaboration.
  • Assist Sr Brand Coordinators with Agreement and PO execution.
  • Maintain Database/CRM on new and existing brand partners.
  • Support in planning/curating products for each month’s feature to ensure that we deliver strategic content to our members, month after month.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years in a sales or consumer facing/customer service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty is required; experience in beauty industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target driven and a quick learner.
  • Comfortable/flexible with a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

POSITION SUMMARY:

BOXYCHARM is looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital Team as a Growth Associate. You will oversee Pinterest and other social media campaigns including strategic planning, campaign creation and optimization. The position is responsible for growing our Charmers. We’re looking for someone who is data-driven and a strong creative thinker. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build out Pinterest direct-response campaigns from conception to creation to optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research and perform analysis on search terms.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly reporting and KPI dashboard to track campaign performance alongside the technology team.
  • Independently come up with new pin creative concepts and messaging.
  • Manage ongoing large-scale creative rotation, rigorous A/B testing, including landing page optimization to increase conversion rates.
  • Improve advertising operation process and test out new ad products.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 year proven experience executing and managing Pinterest-Facebook-SEM campaigns (ROI-focused) within a marketing department or ad agency.
  • Solid understanding of advertising metrics (CPC, CPE, CPA) and best bidding practices.
  • Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel. You should be comfortable creating pivot tables, vlookup, text concatenation, text formulas and charts.
  • High attention to detail, superior problem-solving skills and an analytic mindset.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and perform quantitative analysis.
  • Energetic and self-starter, a team player with the ability to work independently.

POSITION SUMMARY:

BoxyCharm is seeking an entrepreneurial minded Social Media Manager to join the marketing team. This person will be responsible to plan and execute our Instagram and Twitter accounts for the BoxyCharm brand. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with knowledge of content creation, social media marketing and online publishing. This person will be responsible for driving traffic, growing brand awareness and garnering engagement across all social media channels while developing innovative concepts to promote products, generate user content as well as cultivate and manage relationships with influencers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Alongside the Head of Production, the duties and responsibilities of the Social Media Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee Instagram and Twitter day-to-day including content creation, social listening and campaign strategy in collaboration with Brands Partnerships and Marketing.
  • Coordinate and build the Instagram and Twitter content calendar balancing copy and a variety of content with the right brand aesthetic and voice across social media platforms.
  • Develop and drive robust and innovative Instagram and Twitter influencer marketing plans to support products, collections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze and report the impact and effectiveness of Instagram and Twitter campaigns and strategies using KPI’s and analytics to help guide future plans.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and Sales teams to align priorities and ensure consistency.
  • Explore and evaluate new social tools, services, platforms, opportunities, and potential partners and provide recommendations to team.
  • Develop, update and QA all Instagram and Twitter pages that align with key marketing initiatives.
  • Update marketing calendar on a continual basis to reflect all Instagram and Twitter initiatives; develop a work-back schedule to project-manage initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with the Head of Production on the visual presentation and messaging across all social media accounts.
  • Propose and develop business cases for new features and enhancements to improve the user experience on Instagram and Twitter sites.
  • Report on site metrics and customer feedback each month.
  • Monitor competitive activity to improve effectiveness/engagement of our website.
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in social branding.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years’ social media marketing building authentic, relevant, and interactive online communities.
  • Ability to manage projects with a moderate degree of complexity which requires some conceptualization.
  • A strong understanding of social and blog platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, and WordPress.
